At least one person you know has one. It's a process that involves piercing your skin with a needle filled with ink, over and over again.
Think of a person in your life with a tattoo. Have you ever asked them where it was from? A decision to mark oneself for life usually comes paired with a good story.

Pretty much my only experience with tattoos. And don't tell me you don't remember these. |
Some people I've met have expressed a desire to "one day get a tattoo, maybe. But definitely nothing below the sleeve, though". What about you? You ever thought of getting a tat? Or rather, have you ever
seriously thought about getting a tat? Any motifs you have in mind? Is it this sign by any chance: 男? No? A Chinese dragon then? Or maybe a tribal drawing above your ass is the thing for you?
Trivia: Japanese hot springs do not allow people with tattoos in, as it is generally a sign of being a member of the yakuza!

Funny question actually. I have drawn several tattoos for a number of friends (all that were stenciled by the artist). On top of this, I have drawn a MASSIVE number for myself...but I have never liked any one of them to actually put it to ink.
So, in short, I would like to...but I don't actually know if it will ever happen. I'm too much of a perfectionist. haha
I have a tattoo on my left inside wrist of the Pirate Fish. It's a symbol of Pastafarianism, my religion :D
I have to say, I've never had any desire to get a tattoo myself. However, I do see the appeal of them and can completely understand why people get them.
Great post, nice blog. I'll be sure to return.
I've never been a fan of tattoo's. In Australia whenever you see someone with a tattoo they're generally bogans .___.
I don't ever see myself getting one.
Of course i remember that. Best gums ever!
awesome, i actually been thinking of getting a tatto
Personally I don't like tatoos, but they look great in other people
I have one on my arm, and I really wanna get another one :)
I've thought of one, but it's so costly that I'm not sure I'll ever get it. I want a Dalí style melting clock on my shoulder blade, melting on the actual bone, pointing at 4:00 with my parents initials engraved along the clocks edges.
Of course it's only really costly because nothing but a perfect clock will do and I praise art enough to know I wouldn't live with myself paying under $2k for the work to be done.
I dont think I'd ever get a tatoo it's too hard to get rid of :S
Gum tattoos are the best! Gotta go buy me some now ;)
I like tatoo, good job.
+ follower:)
I like Tatoos, but its hard to choose the right one, and the right place on your body
Always wanted one but I will never be able to decide on one I would be okay with my entire life. I have had a few piercings though, much less permanent.
Also here is your request :P
Not sure if this is what you were looking for but you should get some ideas from it!

Used to think about getting a tattoo, but now I'm not too sure. It has to be something really special for me and right now I don't have any good ideas.
